HOW TO LIVE A HAPPIER LIFE BY LISTENING TO THE LANGUAGE OF YOUR SOUL

How to live a Happier Life

Increasing Happiness will be much simpler if
you can open your mind and truly listen to
the language of the soul

Feelings are the language of the soul.

But there are really only two core emotions
expressed by the soul.

Fear and LOVE.

All other feelings are a derivative of those 2
main emotions.

If you're wondering how to life a happier life,
it's as simple as acting
on, making decisions from, or just living
from a state of LOVE.


"All human actions are motivated at their
deepest level by one of two emotions; FEAR
OR LOVE."  - Conversations with God

Think back on all your actions and
decisions from the past few days.

Can you identify which emotion was the
motivator for those decisions?

What was your happiness level before,
during, and after the decision was made?

How about all your actions?  What motivated
those? How did you feel before during and
after each of those?

Are you starting to get the idea of how your
happiness level is determined by which
emotion is driving you?

In that video I talk about how I believe the
purpose of life is to simply experience the
desires of the soul.

If that is true, and emotions are the language
of the soul, then you can bet that when you
are feeling happy; you are fulfilling your
soul's desires and when you are sad, you
are going against your own soul's purpose!

Think of the implications of this!

Read this passage from 'Conversations with
God'...

"Every action taken by human beings is 
based in love or fear... 

"Decisions affecting business, industry, 
politics, religion, the education of your 
young, the social agenda of your nations, 
the economic goals of your society, choices 
involving war, peace, attack, defense, 
aggression, submission; determinations to 
covet or give away, to save or to share, to 
unite or to divide - every single free choice 
you ever undertake arises our of one of the 
only two possible thoughts there are: a 
thought of love or a thought of fear.

Fear is the energy which contracts, closes 
down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms.

Love is the energy which expands, opens 

up, 
sends out, stays, reveals, shares, heals. 

Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, love 
allows us to stand naked. 

Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, 
love gives all that we have away.

Fear holds close, love holds dear. 

Fear grasps, love lets go. Fear rankles, love 
soothes. Fear attacks, love amends.

Every human thought, word, or deed is 
based in one emotion or the other.

You have no choice about this, because 
there is nothing else from which to choose.

But you have free choice about which of 
these to select. " 

HOW TO LIVE A HAPPIER LIFE:   

Increasing happiness is really quite simple,
stop letting fear drive all your decisions and
actions and allow love to be the driving force
in your life!

That may be easier said than done because
we've let fear rule our lives for so long that it
is a habitual response to many things.

However, you can get control back by simply
beginning to pay closer attention to how you
are REALLY feeling throughout your day and
consciously make decisions from a state of
love instead of out of fear.

Now, I'm not saying this will be easy,
because we live in a society in which nearly
everyone makes decisions based on fear of
something.

... Fear of something happening or fear
something will not happen.

So when you choose to make your
decisions based from an energetic
frequency of love, many people will not
understand why or how you could possibly
come to that decision because it will not
make sense to them.

For instance, when you choose to leave a
job you hate without first finding another job.

Or if you decide to start a business even
though you have no experience in that
industry.

Or you decide to sail solo around the world,
climb mount Everest, or jump out of an
airplane....

Most people will berate you and tell you that
you're crazy or irresponsible.

But those people are making those
comments out of fear. They could not make
the decision you are choosing because their
fear will not allow them to.

What things is your soul crying out for you
to do, but you hold yourself back because of
fear?

What decisions do you know you want to
make but you keep yourself from doing it
because of fear?

What fears are keeping you from increasing
happiness?

Whats the purpose of life?


According to the Dalai Lama in the book THE ART OF HAPPINESS He says the purpose of life is to become happy.

If that's so, then doesn't it stand to reason that what makes you most happy is what you should be doing in your life?

Why are so many people suffering?

I think it's because most people are so worried about what someone else is going to think, they hold themselves back from truly pursuing what would really make them happy.

What if you stopped worrying about what everyone else thinks?

What if your whole purpose in life is to experience the things you are drawn to?

What if that is what we all should be doing and that is perfectly OK?

whats the purpose of life What's the purpose of life?  

To live. To feel. To express. To experience.
To be. To love. To hate. To connect....

We are all the same. We are made of the same thing as the plants, animals, trees, and the earth.

Every living thing automatically pursues it's true purpose of striving to express it's entire potential.

The only difference, in my opinion between humans and all other living beings is that humans can choose to live their life working toward expressing their entire potential or they can hold themselves back and do nothing.

We have a natural tendency to want to become more, do more, experience more.

But most people are so worried about what others will think, that they don't truly go after what they want and are therefore unfulfilled, unhappy, frustrated, or depressed.

Whats the purpose of life?



Become what you want, attain what you desire, experience everything you are capable of. You are the only one keeping you from truly experiencing your true purpose in life.
