First of all, let us put this into a perspective; I am about to have my 16th anniversary of my 39th birthday. This statement in itself should tell you that I am hanging onto my youth as much as it is trying to escape my grasps. I have a flying job that gets me up early (about 4:45) and I usually fall asleep before 10:30 at night. This gives me about 6 and a half to 7 hours of sleep during the week per night. I find that by Saturday I am ready for about 9 hours of sleep.
